+ What is the wait time for a custom glove?

  • Orders are processed and reviewed within 48 hours. The manufacturing time is 4-5 weeks. Shipping time is 5-9 days.
  • Total estimated order time is 6 weeks (though we’re often ahead of schedule).
  • + Exchange and Return Policy

  • All of our custom baseball gloves and custom softball gloves are made according to customer-specific requests. Please be sure to review all selections before submitting your final order. We do not accept cancellations or returns after an order has been placed. We only allow exchanges in the event of a manufacturer’s error. In this case, the customer must notify us via email (support@prospecgloves.com) within 10 days of receiving the glove with proof (including photos) of the manufacturing defect. Once we confirm the notification we will provide the customer with a return shipping address for the defective item. Once the original glove arrives, the return or exchange process will begin per the customer request. If an exchange is requested, this process will take another 6 weeks, including production and shipping.
  • ProSpec will complete the return or exchange process within three business days after receipt of the product. Our refund and exchange policies are as follows:

    Verified by ProSpec as a defective product
    – Requesting a return: We will refund the full purchase price of the product (including shipping), and reimburse the customer for the return shipping cost.
    – Requesting an exchange: We will ship out a replacement unit, and reimburse the customer for the return shipping cost.

    Verified by ProSpec as a non-defective product
    – If the product was deemed non-defective the customer will be unable to receive a refund or reimbursement on the product and will be required to pay for the return shipping of the original item.
  • + Embroidery Policy

  • By submitting a custom embroidery request, I acknowledge and agree that the requested embroidery will not contain any vulgar, explicit, or offensive language or imagery, and will not violate ProSpec Gloves’ policies. ProSpec Gloves reserves the right to deny any embroidery request and all requests will be reviewed before production. If ProSpec Gloves finds that the embroidery request violates our policy, the customer will be notified and asked to provide a modified design or text, without the ability for a refund. Failure to respond will lead to a pause placed on production without the ability for a refund.
  • We request that logo designs are simple vector files with minimal detail as the process of embroidery doesn’t allow for effects such as shading and quick color fading to appear properly. After review, in the case that the requested logo is too complex for embroidery, the customer will receive an email requesting an updated logo design.
  • The Customer acknowledges that the logo uploaded will be embroidered at the best of our ability. If the logo stitching instructions are not specific enough, we are not responsible for small alterations to the logo including but not limited to: exact colors, background, foreground, detailed elements, or pieces that were to be omitted.
  • + I am a Coach, Agent, or Organizational Manager and want to bulk order:

  • Our Bulk ordering system makes it easy for multiple orders to be placed at once, or to simply order on behalf of another individual.

  • 3: Give your unique bulk code to any player or individual who will customize under your account
  • 4: Once all your orders are collected, check your account for your bulk code order summary where you can review each order details, and purchase all at once.
  • + Do you offer bulk discounts for teams and organizations?

  • Yes! Please contact support@prospecgloves.com if you are a part of an organization, team, or group that is interested in purchasing gloves in bulk. Discounts are available depending upon the order size and order specifications for your organization.
  • + How do I know when my order has shipped?

  • Once your order has completed production, you will receive an email detailing the shipping information for your package as well as a detailed image of your completed spec.
  • + Custom Order Policy

  • With all custom product orders the client acknowledges that the 3d models in the customizer are simply representations of the glove they will receive. These models are not expected to be identical or exact replicas of the glove that will be developed. The customizer simply provides a best representation of the anticipated custom glove. Because of this, returns and exchanges based on comparative differences in color shades, glove shape, embroidery location and position, embroidery size and coloring, and more will not be accepted by ProSpec.
